TERMS OF SERVICE

* VGEN Takes a percentage hence the increase in price!

-ONLY TAKING PAYPAL INVOICE UNLESS VIA VGEN

GENERAL

-Commissioning me > you automatically agree to my Terms of Service.

-A digital file via google drive will be sent. Please let me know what type you would like me to send (PSD, JPG, PNG, etc.) otherwise a PNG will be sent.

-I prefer to be allowed to post and use my WIPs/full illustrations in my portfolio to showcase and but if you would like it to be private, there will be a fee of 10%.

-A fee of $5-10 may be applied if the character design is complex/intricate, ex. Hoyoverse designs.

PAYMENTS

-Upfront 100%, I don’t do payment plans at the moment.

-Paypal Invoice only!

REVISIONS

-I will do any corrections if I have gotten any part of the character’s design wrong but I will not do major revisions, ex. pose, lighting, expression.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

-I usually take 2 weeks to over a month, if there are any moments in my life that slow me, I will let you know. My updates are live on trello.

-For full illustrations, these take much longer.

DOS & DON’TS

- I prefer pastel colors, women, feminine men, kemonomimi and most things not listed in my refuse list.

- I refuse Loli/Shota, NSFW, Muscular, elderly, Toon furries, Mecha.

USE (PERSONAL)

-Profile pictures, and banners are free w/ credit, along with posting it on your page.

USE (COMMERCIAL)

-For merchandise > 100%

-For advertisement/content >75%

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

-As the artist, I retain the copyright of my art.

-When posting or using my art.

-Please don’t claim/edit my work as I still keep ownership. You are purchasing my services, not the copyright.

-AI and NFT use is prohibited.

REFUNDS

-I will refund you if I am unable to finish it.

-There are no refunds once I start the sketching process.

COMMUNICATION

-The artist, I and the client keep communication limited during a Skeb/Surprise-Me work, I will draw the character based off the given reference and a description of their personality if given.

-I am unable to finish an illustration within a week as I am a busy student, further discussion and a fee is needed if you need it rushed!
